Recipes From Lululemon Mini Retreat

Banana Oat Cookies


INGREDIENTS:

3 Ripe Bananas

2 C. Rolled Oats

1 C. dates, pitted and chopped

1/3 C. Vegetable Oil (can sub some of this with Apple Sauce)

1 tsp. Vanilla Extract


DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven at 350 degrees

Mash Bananas, stir in Oats, Dates, Oil, and Vanilla…mix well. Let sit for 15 minutes. Drop onto un-greased cookie sheet (will make about 36 cookies = 44 Calories per cookie).

Bake for 20 minutes



*can add cranberries, chocolate chips, etc…whatever you like

RAW Fiery Carrot Avocado Soup

INGREDIENTS:

2 C. Carrot Juice

1 Large Avocado

1 Tbs. + 1 tsp. minced ginger

1 Tbs. + 1 tsp. lemon juice

½ jalapeno pepper

½ tsp. chopped garlic

¼ tsp. cayenne pepper

5 mint leaves

15 large basil leaves

1 Tbs. + 1 tsp. olive oil



DIRECTIONS:

Place all ingredients in your blender. Puree until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.

Serve, and garnish with a mint leaf or a thin slice of avocado.

GREEN JUICE
Kale, Celery, Cucumber...to taste

GINGER SNAP
Apple, Ginger, Lemon, Cucumber....to taste
