Pumpkin Love!!!

Sooooo I'm obsessed with pumpkin!!!  This is my favorite season of the year largely due to the fact that it is pumpkin season.  For the past 6 years or so, I've been working on assembling pumpkin recipes into a recipe book...all kinds of recipes - savory, sweet, you name it!  I have very fond memories of me and my other pumpkin-crazed friends, gathering and making pumpkin soup, pumpkin muffins, pumpkin cookies, pumpkin mochi...

What I've decided to do this year is to share some of this pumpkin love with all of you!  Starting Friday October 1st, and weekly for every Friday up till the first Friday in December, I will be posting a new pumpkin recipe.  YaaaaaaaaY!!!!! Get excited!  Or just indulge me in my excitement, haha!!!

Description:  1 hour class.  We work with the Reformer, Wunda Chair, Cadillac, as well as Rollers, Arch Barrels, Resistance Bands...and have a blast!

Pilates Group Mat Class
When: Saturdays
Time: 8:15am & 9:30am
Where:  On Balance Pilates Studio:  315 Uluniu Street, Kailua HI 96734
Price:  $17 (single class), $15 (when you purchase a package of 10 classes)
Description: 1 hour class. We flow through various Pilates mat exercises, and will often incorporate props like foam roller, Franklin balls, resistance bands, etc. to enhance our hour of butt kicking fun!!!

Pilates Wall-Unit Group Class
When: Tuesdays @ 6pm & Fridays @ 8:15am
Where: On Balance Pilates Studio:  315 Uluniu Street, Kailua HI 96734
Price:  $30 (single class), $25 (when you purchase a package of 10 classes)
Description: 1 hour class.  Using the "wall-unit" to assist and challenge a Pilates style workout.  The wall-unit uses springs and bars to provide resistance that will enhance your workout.
