Time: 8:15am & 9:30am

Price: $17 (single class), $15 (when you purchase a package of 10 classes)
Description: 1 hour class. We flow through various Pilates mat exercises, and will often incorporate props like foam roller, Franklin balls, resistance bands, etc. to enhance our hour of butt kicking fun!!!

Pilates Wall-Unit Group Class
When: Tuesdays @ 6pm & Fridays @ 8:15am
Where: On Balance Pilates Studio: 315 Uluniu Street, Kailua HI 96734
Price: $30 (single class), $25 (when you purchase a package of 10 classes)
Description: 1 hour class. Using the "wall-unit" to assist and challenge a Pilates style workout. The wall-unit uses springs and bars to provide resistance that will enhance your workout.
